The mission of Connect Church is to be a multicampus church that thrives in communities that are underserved with presence driven ministry, disciple making ministry and team focused ministry.

The vision of Connect Church is to lead people to Jesus, into community, from their past, and towards the purpose.
Our Connect Core Values
The values in which we move by. It is the foundation of what we do and how we do it.
1. We Are Trailblazers
We don’t wait for someone else to go first—we lead the way. As Trailblazers, we are out-in-front leaders who model the culture we want to multiply. We’re the first to serve when help is needed, the first to host when others show up, the first to give when generosity is called for, and the first to worship and respond when God moves. Our bold obedience paves the way for others to follow Christ with confidence.
We lead by example, not by demand. We clear the path for others to experience God.
2. We Are Mission-Minded
We know our purpose, and we stay focused on it. We’re not just here to grow a crowd—we’re here to fulfill the Great Commission. That means we think big, act with vision, and organize to make a city-wide impact. Yet we never lose the personal touch. We’re close enough to know names and deep enough to disciple hearts.

Excellence honors God and inspires people. That’s why we never settle for “good enough.” We believe if God is in it, there’s always more to discover, grow in, and improve. Whether it’s the details of a Sunday service, a discipleship process, or a welcome experience—we ask, “How can we make it better?” and we act on it.
We’re committed to progress, not perfection—because growth is the goal.

We believe clear communication prevents confusion, fuels unity, and keeps us aligned.
6. We Contend for Community
Community doesn’t just happen—it’s fought for. We fiercely protect the family culture of our church. That means we go out of our way to connect, include, and follow up. We don’t let people slip through the cracks. We create space for belonging, honesty, and spiritual growth. People aren’t projects—they’re our priority.
We believe connection is the context where transformation happens.

We didn’t get here on our own—we stand on the shoulders of those who came before us. And now, we live to raise others higher. We invest in the next generation, call out leadership in others, and create opportunities for them to lead now. We build today with tomorrow in mind.
